T80A型相對濕度控制器有一個單刀雙擲開關(guān)，在相對濕度下降時，操縱加濕設(shè)備；在相對濕度上升時，停止加濕設(shè)備。

PRINCIPLE原理

TheT80A humidistat is designed to accurately sense and control the ambient relative humidity based on a predetermined dial setting. Its reliability comes from a hydroscopic nylon film that changes in length as the relative humidity changes. This change in length mechanically actuates a SPST switch to open or close the circuit.

 T80A型濕度開關(guān)可以根據(jù)設(shè)定值準(zhǔn)確地檢測和控制環(huán)境的相對濕度，其可靠性源自一個吸水尼龍薄膜，在相對濕度變化時它的長度也會隨之變化，這種長度的改變機(jī)械地推動SPST開關(guān)來打開或關(guān)閉電路。

INSTALLATION 安裝

The direction of the airflow must be identical with the mark on the immersion sensor stem.  

氣流方向必須與探頭上面標(biāo)記的方向一致。

? MOUNTING 安裝方法       

1. Cut the element opening and make pilot holes for the mounting screws.

在安裝管道上切割出控制器插入孔，并打好固定螺釘孔。

2. Remove control cover by pulling straight outward. Do not remove adjustment knob to remove cover.

垂直向外拉出控制器上蓋，注意不要取下設(shè)定值調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕。

3. Place the control element in the opening and fasten the control to the duct with 2 screws. 

將控制器插入安裝孔，并用2顆螺釘固定在管道上。

OPERATION使用

Turn the adjustment knob to the target position (according to the scale marked on the face of the cover). The control switch is normally open (SPST) and it closes on a humidity fall to the set point. Then the controlled equipment should come on.

調(diào)節(jié)面板上的旋鈕到目標(biāo)值（以刻度盤為準(zhǔn)）；控制器的SPST接點常開，當(dāng)測量到的相對濕度低于設(shè)定值時，SPST接點閉合，被控加濕設(shè)備啟動。
