Warning |
1、When the power supply is on, please do not touch the AC electricity terminal, against electrical shock.
2、Do not disassemble or modify the instrument. If really needed, please contact us. Otherwise electrical shock and fire may result.
3、Please check the terminal number when it connected to the power cord or signal input. Otherwise it will cause the thermostat badly damaged.
4、The line is not completely discharged within one minute after the power supply is cut off. Please do not contact internal line.
Caution |
1、Please use terminals appropriate for M3 screw (maximum width 7mm). Do not overexertion when terminals and screws are locked.
2、Cut off power supply when distributing and replacing temperature sensor.
3、Do not use the instrument in water or excessive moisture environment. Do not use it in high temperature, strong electromagnetic interference or strong corrosive environment.
4、The power supply voltage should be consistent with the voltage labeled on the machine, and the stability should be ensured.

3. Buttons operating instructions
u 【SET】button:Enter into parameters setting state after continuously press for 3 seconds, the initial display is
,the window will display parameters codes in turn each time you press the 【SET】button, when it displays the code
, it will display temperature measurement after press the【SET】button again. It will display temperature measurement if you don’t press the【SET】button for 30 seconds.
u 【AT】button:Enter into parameters setting state after continuously press the【SET】button for 3 seconds. Press the【AT】button again,it will display specific parameters. Press the【▲】button or the【▼】button, we can adjust the parameter values. It will recover automatically measurement temperature if you don’t press any button for 30 seconds.
u 【▲】button:Enter into parameters setting state after continuously press the【SET】button for 3 seconds. When the window displays the corresponding code, press the【AT】button again it will display specific parameters. Press the【▲】button, parameter value will increase by degrees. It will recover automatically measurement temperature if you don’t press any button for 30 seconds.
u 【▼】button:Enter into parameters setting state after continuously press the【SET】button for 3 seconds. When the window displays the corresponding code, press the【AT】button again it will display specific parameters. Press the【▼】button, parameter value will decrease. It will recover automatically measurement temperature if you don’t press any button for 30 seconds.
4. Specific function
u Self-inspection on electricity function
Initial on electricity, the function indicator light is on or off accompany with the window recycling displays 8, the window displays measurement temperature after self-inspection.
u Control functions
Instruction:T1, T2, T3 are measurement temperature values. S1, S2, S3 are setting temperature values of parameters. d1, d2, d3 are unloading temperatures. F1, F2, F3 are control function parameters.
When F1=1, then T1> S1+d1, OUT1 is closing.. T1<S1-d1, OUT1 is opening.
When F2=1, then T2> S2+d2, OUT2 is closing. T2<S2-d2, OUT2 is opening.
When F3=1, then T3> S3+d3,OUT3 is closing..T3<S3-d3, OUT3 is opening.
When F1=0, then T1> S1+d1, OUT1 is opening.. T1<S1-d1, OUT1 is closing.
When F2=0, then T2> S2+d2, OUT2 is opening.. T2<S2-d2, OUT2 is closing.
When F3=0, then T3> S3+d3, OUT3 is opening.. T3<S3-d3, OUT3 is closing.
u Temperature correction:
If there is deviation between the measured value and the actual temperature, the temperature correction function can be use. Operation method:Enter into parameters setting state after continuously press the【SET】button for 3 seconds, press the 【SET】button again the window adjust to parameters code state. Press the【AT】button, it will display specific parameters. Press the【▲】button or the【▼】button, select appropriate value in the range of ±5℃. Temperature correction resolution is 0.1 degree, actual correction= displayed correction/10. For example:displayed correction is -50,then the actual correction is -50/10 = -5.0℃。Measurement value after correction= Measurement value before correction + actual correction.
