The air-conditioning box for ships is an important device for processing the temperature and humidity of the air in the cabin. (MAUK air-conditioning box adopts a zigzag frame for light and middle-weight work environment, HAUK air-conditioning box adopts a square tube frame for heavy-weight work environment)

The conventional air-conditioning box has the following functional sections to form an air mixing section, a filter section, a heating section, a humidification section, a cooling section, a water retaining section, a fan section, a runner section, purification and disinfection and other functional sections as required.?Features: low noise, reliable run and complete protections

l Air flow: 720 ~ 840000 m3/h

l External static pressure: 500-1700Pa

l Heating capacity. 5kW ~ 1700kW

l Cooling capacity. 5kW ~ 1700kW

l Protection: power supply protection, overheat overload,

antifreeze and filter mesh clog.

l Low noise design: low noise fan with vibration mounted,

optional perforated sheet design

l Control: Relay control or PLC control

l Optional control: auto regulate supply water flow as per the

return air/supply air, the ratio of fresh air/return air can be auto

controlled

l Power supply:3-380V/50Hz , 3-440V/60Hz?Upon requested, special Ex air handling unit can be made with

normal class ExdⅡBT4

l Panel frame: anti-corrosion galvanized steel, plastic-sprayed steel, stainless steel, etc. can be selected.

l 50mm thick insulated rock wool double-layer metal panel.

l Direct-connected or belt-driven fan motor assembly reduces noise and vibration.

l Equipped with detachable access door.

l A variety of working fluids are available, such as R22, R407C, R404A, R134a, R410A, R407F, R407H, R448A, R449A, R513A, R32, R454C, refrigerant water.

l Heating medium: steam, hot water, hot oil, electric heating.

l Humidification medium: steam, fresh water, compressed air + fresh water

l The pressure test and vacuum test have been completed before leaving the factory. 

l Suitable for long-term operation in marine environment.
