Marine Condensing Unit
Compression condensing unit for ships is composed of compressor, oil separator, shell and tube heat exchanger, liquid supply valve, filter drier, sight glass, shut-off valve and junction box.
By connecting the refrigerant pipeline between the air conditioning box and the compression condensing unit, and the cable between the electric control box and the junction box, the unit can be put into operation after the cooling water pipeline is connected.

l Refrigerant : R22, R407C，R404A，R134a，R410A，R407F，R407H，R448A，R449A，R513A，R32，R454C等。
l Compressor: piston or screw type/open or semi-hermetic

l Cooling method : water cooled or air cooled
l Water cooled condenser : high efficient anti corrosive
Condensing tube: Cu 、B10 、B30
l Air cooled condenser : copper tube copper fin, inner high efficient tube
l Protection: high pressure, low pressure, oil pressure(oil level),
low water pressure(water flow), lack phase, over voltage, under
voltage, overheat and overload
l Control: button control or PLC control
l Power supply : 3-380V/50Hz , 3-440V/60Hz?Upon requested, special Ex condensing unit can be made with
normal class ExdⅡBT4
l Washable shell and tube shell and tube heat exchanger, fresh water cooling type uses brass heat exchange tubes; sea water cooling type uses copper-nickel heat exchange tubes.
l The pressure test and vacuum test have been completed before leaving the factory.
l Suitable for long-term operation in marine environment.
