Ship cooling water chillers can provide chilled water for ship air conditioning systems, low-sulfur oil cooling systems and other special applications. The device is composed of a semi-hermetic piston compressor or a twin-screw semi-hermetic compressor, a water-cooled shell and tube heat exchanger, a dry expansion evaporator, an expansion valve, a filter, a sight glass, a shut-off valve, a control box, etc. After connecting the power supply, cooling water system and chilled water system, the user can conveniently operate the unit.

The available compressor types include open type, semi-closed type, and fully closed type.

Washable shell and tube shell and tube heat exchanger, fresh water cooling type uses brass heat exchange tubes; sea water cooling type uses copper-nickel heat exchange tubes.

The chilled water temperature can be set through the panel, and the temperature is automatically controlled.

The pressure test, vacuum test, and aging test have been completed before leaving the factory. 

Suitable for long-term operation in marine environment.
