Marine Provision Refrigeration Plant
The refrigeration unit of the marine cold storage is composed of a compressor, an oil separator, a shell and tube heat exchanger, a liquid reservoir, a liquid supply valve, a filter drier, a sight glass, a shut-off valve and a junction box.
By connecting the refrigerant pipeline between the cold storage air cooler and the refrigeration unit, and the cable between the electric control box and the junction box, the unit can be put into operation after the cooling water pipeline is connected.
l Optional compressor package: coupling/belt open type, semi-enclosed type, fully enclosed.
l A variety of working fluids are available, such as R22, R407C, R404A, R134a, R410A, R407F, R407H, R448A, R449A, R513A, R32, R454C, etc.
l Washable shell and tube shell and tube heat exchanger, fresh water cooling type uses brass heat exchange tubes; sea water cooling type uses copper-nickel heat exchange tubes.
l The pressure test and vacuum test have been completed before leaving the factory.
l Suitable for long-term operation in marine environment.
