The combined cold storage with pre-assembled structure is widely used in ship food cold storage. It usually consists of the following parts:

Library board: Divided into top board, floor, wall board, and partition board. The insulation material is made of flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam, lined with moisture-proof plywood, and adopts a pre-embedded hooking mechanism. High strength, reliable connection, good insulation, no cold bridge, light weight, construction block. The bulk density of the insulation material is 40~50kg/m3. The standard plate thickness is 80, 100, 120, 150mm.

Warehouse door: The conventional warehouse door is filled with flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam in double-layer stainless steel plates. The specifications of conventional cold storage doors are 1650x600, 700, 800mm or customized. The standard door thickness is 100, 120mm or customized. The low-temperature storage door has built-in antifreeze electric heating.

Shelves: made of stainless steel pipes, detachable, and optional trays. The standard shelf depth is 600mm.

Accessories: floor drain, non-slip grille; lighting, anti-mislock alarm button; optional components such as ozone generator.
