Product Description：

ZGM 230 is designed to detect hydrocarbon gas, halogen gas and some natural refrigerants, including CFC (chlorofluorocarbon), HCFC (hydrochlorofluorocarbon), HFC (hydrofluorocarbon), HFO (hydrofluoroolefin), natural refrigerant (Hydrocarbon) and so on. The detector has two passive contacts and can be used to connect to any monitoring system that accepts relay contacts.

The normal mode is indicated by a green light. Once the corresponding gas is detected, the alarm mode will be energized and the red indicator light will be on. After the gas disappears, the alarm will automatically reset to normal operation.

Adjust the voltage value on the computer "set point" knob, the higher the voltage, the higher the sensitivity.

Installation location: The correct placement of the detector is very important. The detector must be installed at a height of lighter than air (under the ceiling) and a gas heavier than air (20 cm above the floor). The detector must be installed where the airflow cannot affect the detector.

calibration

The detector is delivered for a specific gas type, and other calibrations are usually not necessary.

The name of the detector and the type of gas required are detected. However, it is very easy to change the threshold by using service tools.

Annual function control

note! As a precision instrument, gas sensors are easily polluted by environmental media such as sparks, paint, oil, and glue. The factory protection bulkhead has been installed on the unit. After all the work is completed, such as welding, painting, glue, etc., disassemble the protective bulkhead. Ignoring "Caution" may invalidate the warranty!
